I’m Beksultan, a Data Scientist at Yieldmo. Before that, I worked as an ML/NLP researcher at the DeepPavlov lab (MIPT), and as a Senior Data Scientist at companies including Beeline, Provectus, and BTS Digital.
I also co-lead Horde, a non-profit research collective focused on low-resource languages — we build benchmarks, datasets, and models, along with offline and online arenas for evaluating LLMs.
Since 2024 I’ve also helped run FAIO, an AI olympiad for school students, where I author problems and judge results.
On the side, I compete on Kaggle (2 silver, 3 bronze medals so far).
